Excellent Modern Take on a Classic Shoe October 6, 2008 The pictures on Amazon capture the look and style of this shoe very well. The elongated toe area adds a modern touch to this shoe. It's well made and very comfortable. It's low gloss treatment adds a subdued touch to its modern styling. Surprisingly, it is somewhat wide, but lacing the shoe more tightly solves that problem. The bottom of the show makes it a somewhat casual show, but it goes very well with a suit or dress pants. Kenneth Cole continues to make stylish shoes at a reasonable price. Amazon's price makes it even more enticing.
KC is losing ground. February 8, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Well, not literally. Comfortable shoe overall, but my main gripe is the quality. The leather looks and feels cheap, after just a couple of weeks of intermittent wearing shows signs that this pair will not last that long. And that ridiculous painted sole, not that critical, but the question is why? Hardly may be called a dress shoe, maybe just a casual. Considering that I was always partial to Kenneth Cole footwear, I am glad I didn't pay list price for these. Quarter of it's original price is about right when it comes to value.
