 Be very aware if you need to return an item May 7, 2005

I placed an order for 14 shirts (7 Small and 7 Medium) and had to return the Small directly to TXSHIRTS in the beginning of April. 5 weeks later I still had not gotten a credit back to my credit card so I called TXSHIRTS to see why it was taking so long. TXSHIRTS told me they did not receive my package and as a result I am out of luck. I had followed all the steps of obtaining and writing the RMA# on the returned package and have done a lot of online ordering and returning in the last few years. Never has the U.S. Postal Service lost or damaged a package in the last 6 years with the large volume of internet orders and returns I have placed through the USPS. When talking with TXSHIRTS on the phone, I got the sense that they are very disorganized as far as their return processing goes, sort of hit or miss, perhaps they are primarily catered to wholesalers who normally don't send anything back so if you're an individual customer such as myself, be cautious with anything you need to return. I place an average of 40-70 online orders and return 20-30 of them a year and have never had a returned package gotten 'lost' before, that is, until now.

one chocolate and one white. I am going to return the white one because it is see-through and because it's actually snugger--and the sleeves are shorter--than the brown one. Regarding the brown: I liked the fit before I washed it, but the sleeves were FOUR INCHES shorter after washing and drying! I would recommend getting a medium if you normally wear a small (like me). The fabric is soft and silky and I love the chocolate color. These shirts are adequate for a first layer, but I will be pushing up the sleeves of my brown shirt because they are an awkward length -well above my wrist bone.
