 sizing info wrong; refund promised, never given August 26, 2008
Called prior to purchasing to verify sizing guidelines & was misinformed. Contacted customer svc upon receipt of shirt & they were very responsive, saying I should purchase the new size and send the old one back and that I would be refunded for the original shirt, including the cost of shipping it back to them. Have contacted them twice since, with no response, to inquire about the promised refund, but nothing received. Very happy with new shirt received, but disappointed that I've been jipped out of approx $30.
