 Do you feel lucky? December 4, 2008
Like Goldilock's porridge, reviews here are hot and cold. Some got fast service and a functioning power cord. Others did not. I didn't. Delivery was slower than snaily. The device didn't work for very long. So it seems that ordering from these people depends on luck.
So, do you feel lucky? Do ya?
If not, or if you want you computer to run on more than luck, try another vendor.
 Power cord is worthless December 3, 2008
Stopped working second day of use. I played with the wires to try and get it to work and noticed that the power cord was very flimsy at the point closest to the adapter. So I stuck my old cord into the new adapter and it has worked for about 2 months now perfectly. So if I could, Id rate the adapter better, but combined with this cord the whole thing is worthless. Its also much shorter than the original which is extremely annoying

Ordered this initially and the wrong adapter came. Batterycenter was quite prompt about sending the correct one to replace it, but that one overheated after 2-3 weeks and died. We were very careful about keeping the next one cool after the previous problem, but it still died after about 3 months. Now I know why it's less expensive than other compatible adapters.
(after both died, I can see why they overheated. The components are barely adequate to provide the spec'd power, and they're sealed inside plastic with no venting or cooling)

i bought this charger because my old one broke, the product it self feels cheap but i cant really complain because of the price. the only concern i had was one of the prongs in the box converter kinda went in, so now it is only connected to 2 prongs not three (so far i have no problems with it i have had for about 2 months) and of course it is a generic brand charger if you already didn't know. i would recommend this product on the basis of price only because the quality is lacking but it gets the job done
