With Multipoint technology you can switch between your voice-enabled Bluetooth mobile phone, PDA or laptop. The headset's "smart" technology knows which device you are using and allows you to take calls from any device at the touch of a button. With the optional Plantronics Bluetooth Deskphone Adapter you can even switch between your office phone and your Bluetooth mobile phone.  I have found the perfect headset! October 14, 2008
Living in Calif I needed a good headset for the times I am driving and on the phone. This headset is comfortable...so much so that I forget I have it in...great sound and convenient! Love this headset and I recommend to all my friends and family!!!
The only bluetooth I've found that works! October 14, 2008
I've owned several bluetooths but this is by far the best. This is the first bluetooth that I have ever had to turn the volume down, as I could hear so well. Callers on the other end say that the voice quality is excellent. It took me awhile to find a comfortable way to wear it such that I didn't feel like it was always falling off. Once I switched it from right ear to left, all was great and it is infinitely more comfortable. Other than the fact that it's not the most attractive thing in the world, I LOVE this device.

I liked this earpiece so much , that after the first one I had for 18 months ,shorted out from sweat , I tried 3 other types of B.T. but ended up purchasing another Voyager 510 . Great range ,comfortable ,works well outside and I`m in construction !It`s too bad they are discontinuing this unit!!

It works fine when people call me, but when I call people it doesn't work 50% of the time. I use it for work, and when I have to call a client back because my headset doesn't work, that does not look good. I wish I could send it back because it was $75 of wasted money.
 Comfortalbe to wear but horrible buttons October 12, 2008
The good:
* Comfortable to wear.
* Doesn't fall.
* Good sound and speaker quality.
The bad:
* Horrible on/off switch.
* Not great volume control.
* Bad battery indicators.
All in all while it isn't the worst product, there is so much to improve here that I simply can't see why it was such a top seller on Amazon. Shame.
