Way better work out than regular pushups, plus the "Navy Seal" schedule, (if adheared to) will produce amazing results. I'm happy. hehe

I have owned this product for over a year and, unlike other excercise equipment that I have purchased, the Perfect Pushup is still being used. This device makes pushups much more effective and the results are great!

first off I'd like to say that I have lots of experience with exercise and bodybuilding. I enjoy using this product because it's so easy to use and it works so well. You can really feel the burn when you twist your way back up to the top. This product works as well as some weight lifting machines without taking up to much room.
Killler Product, and the Simplicity helps to Motivate May 8, 2008
Got these for Christmas 2007 and just started using them 2 weeks ago. The biggest benefit for me is that it makes the basic push-up that much less tedious, as you're not lying on the dirty floor, cranking your wrists as they are not meant to be twisted. I keep them behind me as I'm working all day, and every hour or so, when I catch sight of them, I do a quick set of pushups. So, I think they actually help motivate, and remind me, that it's time to squeeze in a quick bout of exercise.
Build quality is excellent, and believe it or not, they do make a push-up much more pleasurable; if that's possible.
