Great Dumbbell March 11, 2008 I use this dumbbell for bicep curls. Very nice and sturdy.
On Amazon it's going for $30 i think... here's the bottom line. shipping is almost as much as the product. its pretty much a rip off. I bought the from a store near my house that I work at and I paid $25 before any employee discount. now thats $5 before shipping.
good dumbbell but not worth 60 bucks
Exactly as advertised June 17, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
You already know what you're getting out of this purchase. It's a sturdy dumbbell that doesn't roll at all, which makes it a lot easier to store. The graduation to this from a 20-pound dumbbell feels like a big difference, though. You definitely won't breeze through this weight if you're doing some strength training. I wish I could say more about it, aside from the fact that this is the dumbbell to get if you're looking for a 25-pounder. (Not a lot of bells and whistles to review here.)
Great for the Home Body Builder October 26, 2005 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have a whole set of these, from 10 pounders to 45 pounders. They are a great fitness aid, as they are immensely portable and can be used in any room of the house, while watching TV, or next to your computer desk. There are a wealth of exercises one can do with simple dumbells: curls, bent rowing, overhead extensions, etc. If you have a bench, there are even more. Believe it or not, a home body builder can get a pretty decent workout from a limited set of these dumbells. They are relatively cheap compared to other brands. I recommend them.

Best dumbbell. November 12, 2003 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This dumbbell is used by most sports clubs in my school as a standard training equipment. The design of this dumbbell prevents slipping between your hand and bar by sweat. Hexagonal bell prevents rolling on the ground. Easy to grip and safe to use. Highly recommended.
