Overall good product. I wear it for BJJ. I recommend using a jock strap instead of the cup holder

These are great, they help keep you in place and cool while exercising or on hot days, I wear these along with the EVOL II shorts and they cool my body down. I need a few more pairs of these, maybe one for every day of the week :) . These are really great although a little expensive.
