Great for Bender Ball August 11, 2008 This ball is perfect for doing the Bender Ball Core workout, pretty much the same thing as what is in the informercial.
Fitball Mini July 9, 2008 Very nice product for the price! Great for the abs! Recomend to anyone! Don B
Great ball at a fraction of the price July 6, 2008 I bought this ball shortly after my GF saw an infomercial on TV. This is a great, sturdy, exercise ball at a fraction of the price it goes for on TV. My GF uses it everday & has never had a problem with it. If you're looking for something to help you with your cruntches this might be the way.
FitBall Mini Exercise Ball FBMINI 9" June 26, 2008 The ball is very easy to assemble. It's soft and supple. It's just a big disappointment because as I try to exercise with it, it slips all over the place and my exercise efforts are completely defeated.
Core Workout June 19, 2008 Really good piece of equipment. It does take some pressure off the back allowing for better crunches. Make sure you get the size that will fit you the best. I went for the 65, I think the biggest they had, which turned out to be a little big but well worth it. I've had it for more than 4 months now. I can easily do 100 crunches at a time now. Just need to motivate yourself to practice.
