Found the unit simple to set up and plenty accurate, software is very easy/functional.
If you plan to only monitor and track one person I would buy this wrist cuff over the arm cuff. I have both and found the accuracy the same (wrist at work & arm at home). The wrist cuff is far easier to use and store, it does however only track a single user. To automatically track and download two individual users you will need the arm unit.

I found this item to be very easy to use and easy to read. Also it gives you a print out history of your results from your computer program supplied with it.

I have the large Omron HEM-790IT but I wanted a smaller unit I could cary with me on travel. When the HEM-670IT arrived, I checked readings I made against the HEM-790IT. The two units are very consistent. I found the HEM-670IT as easy to use and more portable.

The Omron HEM-670IT performs as advertised. This is a very sophisticated gadget. Be sure to read the manual to get proper operation.

Does not match to readings taken by three nurses at different Doctor's office. Ranged anywhere from 20 to 30 points low. Product is useless to me.
