About Reebok Reebok's United Kingdom-based ancestor company was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So, in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes. In 1958, two of the founder's grandsons started a companion company that came to be known as Reebok, named for an African gazelle.

DANGEROUS! DO NOT BUY!!! June 13, 2010 Tonya R. Cochran (Atlanta, GA) After using for 8 months I was doing flys while laying back on my bench. I lifted them over head and one of the pacs completely fell apart and the weights fell off, one of them hitting me on my cheek bone. I now have a black and blue face. These should be taken off the market ASAP. For those of you who think you love them, please beware. I thought I loved them, too. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Reebok will not even acknowledge that they are their product even though their name is ON the product. The say it's a Weider product. Weider claims it's not their product either! Unbelievable.
great gift! June 6, 2010 blindbliss (jenkintown, pa) i got these as a gift for a friend of mine and they love them! they use them quite often, they're compact, strudy and adjustable as strength improves. they cldn't be happier with them and tell me often.
adjustable dumbbell set May 14, 2010 L. cook Love this set of dumbbell set. Very easy to adjust weight and doesn't take much space!
Great workout at a great price May 12, 2010 J9 (Hanahan, SC) We looked at several variations of these same dumbbells and this was the best price we found anywhere. They are easy to use and store neatly in their own stand. My son is using them for his P90X workouts and I use them when I'm walking.
Description misleading February 1, 2010 J. Brennan (Newtown, PA, US) 10 out of 11 found this review helpful
The description of these weights is misleading. The description leads you to believe that you are getting 2-25lb weights that are adjustable up to 25lbs. However, each dumbbell only goes up to 12.5 lbs for a TOTAL (with both dumbbells) of 25lbs. Therefore, each arm is lifting 12.5 lbs. This is misleading.
