Wonderful Peanut Butter Cookies April 21, 2005

Wow are these good. They use nut flour instead of regular flour so they are low carb. They use high quality maltitol to sweeten so no nasty side effects. I am type 2 diabetic and these have never negatively effected my blood sugar. The only hard part of dealing with A Bountiful Harvest is deciding which treat to get next. Yummy!! Try them with a bite of the dark chocolate and WOW what a treat!!
