I ordered these flowers for my mom and she told me they were withered. So, I called the business and they told me that it's suppose to be like that. They said that the recipient is suppose to water the flower and give it food and bring it back to life. I don't know if this is normal across the board, but I don't like it one bit because I paid $55 for withered flowers. So, go ahead if you want to send your loved ones withered flowers.
