Great product! January 6, 2009 My baby has been sleeping in this every night for the last 5 months. He is a very active sleeper and blankets were always coming off as soon as we covered him up! We needed a solution to keep him covered without worrying about him getting tangled up in his bedding. We also have a sleeveless sleeper for daytime naps, and really couldn't do it without them. As it is, the baby sleeps through the night, and his "blanket" goes with him, because he's wearing it! The fabric is nice thick fleece. The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is that the zipper is the weak spot. Our zipper has been gradually splitting apart in various spots over the last few days, so I'm going to have to either sew in a new zipper myself or buy a new sleeper.
not roomy at all January 2, 2009 it worked fine for a bit. i liked it initially since it has sleeves and i am worried that my girl would be cold. but now she is just 9 month and less than 19 lbs this thing is already too short for her.
A MUST-HAVE!!! December 9, 2008 This item is PERFECT! It's the perfect size for my 9 month old daughter. It's super soft, there's a flap to cover the zipper, and plenty of leg room. It will definitely get me through the next few months, because there's room to grow. These sleep sacks are a necessity with babies, and this one is wonderful! And it's so great to have one with sleeves!!! I can find a lot in this size without sleeves, but it's nice to have the extra warmth in the winter months.
Very soft! December 2, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We finally stopped swaddling and transitioned our baby to a regular sleep sack. He kept waking up with very cold hands. I ordered this because it was the only sleepsack I could find with long sleeves, and we've had two glorious nights where he's slept through the night without a peep. Now, I can't say that the sleepsack with arms will work for every baby, but it's very cuddly and warm, and that seems to work for him. The zipper starts at the bottom of the sack and zips up from there, but there is a little flap to keep zipper hidden at the top. It seems well constructed, hopefully it will stand up to washing while staying just as soft. I just wish it came it a bigger size, or in vibrant colors. For the price though, it certainly seems to be more than worth it. Our sleeveless sleepsack has now been retired!
not as roomy as it claims to be November 30, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought the large sleepsack with sleeves for my 14 mo. son because this seemed to be the only product available with sleeves. It says up to 24 lbs on the sizing chart. My son is not yet 21 lbs but normal length and he can't stretch his feet in this thing. The arm length is fine though... So I'm keeping it because it's the only product with sleeves, but I'll have to sew an extension to the bottom somehow... Not what I expected for a product claiming to be roomy at all... Doesn't come in a bigger size either.
