 Not as bright as I wanted November 3, 2008
I am looking to replace a 300 watt halogen that is dying, but none are as bright. This lamp looks good, but does not work as I want, it is not bright enough to light up my small living room on its own.

As someone who has enjoyed Halogen lighting for many years,,,,,,,,this specific model is without a doubt the best floor lamp I have ever seen at this price point and truly is the only lamp I will use in my home when it comes to protecting my family from fire hazard while still offering the best bang for the buck standing head and shoulders above the competition! The Black Pearl finish is beautiful and the quality features excellent.
