Excellent! October 25, 2008 I have tried a number of different tea bag products like this, with mixed results. These T-Sacs are the best of breed. I use them so I can bring good tea to work without having to deal with a teapot and the disposing of used loose-leaf tea. I can quickly fill a number of these T-Sacs with good quality loose-leaf tea and the long flap that folds over to keep the tea from falling out, also works to fold over the mug so that I can easily remove the sac when it's done seeping.
Only one suggestion to the manufacturer, it would be nice if there was a mark of some kind to indicate where the opening was because when you take them out of the box, unless you squeeze them to reveal the opening it's not immediately apparent. Maybe I should wear my glasses when I do this? Anyway, it's not a showstopper.
Convenient, effective, and disposable! April 21, 2005 12 out of 12 found this review helpful
A cafe that I go to regularly uses these for all of their teas, and they are amazingly convenient. They squeeze the sides of the bag to open it, spoon in some tea, place it in the cup, and then fold the top down over the edge. Pour in the water, place the lid on the cup, and you're all set.
Depending on the tea, you can forget about the bag and just drink your tea, or take it out and dispose of it after it has steeped long enough (before it gets too bitter).
I am so glad to finally find these for my own use!
