6" Diameter (Serves: 8) To create this elegant treasure we start with a luscious white chocolate flavored cheesecake batter on a graham cracker crust, then we add a layer of sweet raspberry filling, which is covered with creamy sour cream topping, which has even more raspberry filling swirled beautifully throughout (may have a swirled design in the topping, instead of fluting). The 8 slice (1.5 lbs.) is the traditional no crust. Our shipping containers are state-of-the-art! This product will be shipped using fully encased styrofoam with foil coating inside and out. This keeps the cold in and the head out! All cakes are shipped fully frozen. Our packaging can actually keep our products cold for over 3 days. Due to the nature of this product, we will send this via FedEx 2nd day air.
