Requires a water bath to cook. Brownies did not come out right (probably my fault) but very tasty. I might try them again to see if I can get them to come out better.

It's hard to call this a mix because you have to add so much stuff like baking chocolate, heavy cream, and more. You can certainly tell they are not the real thing, but in the end it's great to have something that is almost a brownie. They taste best if you dip them in fat free cool whip to mask that "low-carb" taste.
