Great Chocolate for Fountains August 5, 2008

I used this chocolate with a small home fountain for a baby shower last weekend and it worked perfectly. It only took a few minutes to melt in the microwave and tasted great the whole 4 hours we had it running. I would suggest the dark chocolate over the milk chocolate because the dark was much sweeter than I thought it would be and I think the milk chocolate would have been sugar overkill.

Worked excellently. Melted easily in the micorwave and flowed smoothly through the fountain without any addition of oil. Supberb taste and consistency.

Chocolate was rich in color, delicious in flavor and melted well when you followed directions. I'll purchase again the next time!
