I have tried several kinds of protein powders, from the generic brands all the way to this one, and this is by far the best tasting one there is. My problem is that I don't have the time or resources to blend a shake with a banana or ice...sometimes all I have time to do is pour in some cold water, shake, and go. This is perfect for that. You don't need anything else to make this a great tasting shake. Well done BSN!
