I was looking for a licorice extract that i could use for black licorice ice cream, after having some at a local ice cream/chocolate shop in Las Vegas Nevada called Danielles Chocolates. I finally found this licorice flavor and when i used it it was PERFECT! i only wish i had used 2 drams instead of 1, just because I like a STRONG licorice flavor. I knew it wouldnt be the same to have anise flavoring in my ice cream, and i was right! there is no substitute! The package came quickly, and i am overall satisfied with the product. Next I think I will try my luck at licorice taffy! YUM!
