I've tried Drinkin' Mate twice now and it didn't seem to have any real positive effect on me. After drinking 4 glasses of red wine, I still woke up with a headache, dehydrated, sleepy, and with mild vertigo. These were exactly the symptoms I was trying to avoid by taking it. The only effect I have noticed is that my face has been very red and hot. This indicates to me that the tablets probably have the effect of raising your metabolism to consume the negative contents and byproducts in alcoholic beverages. But that is just a guess. I turned the temperature to 68F in my car and I was still hot.
The tablets come well packaged in a reclosable cylinder that you could easily bring with you to a bar. They dissolve in less than two minutes in a few ounces of water, and the result is a purple concoction that tastes fairly good (kind of like a grape soda). They are supposed to be effective if used before, during, or after drinking. I tried them before and after in my two trials.
The company claims that 82% of people see a positive effect with use. Perhaps I am in the 18% that did not see a positive effect. It's a shame too, because I was really hoping that it would work.

I have to say I have now tested this product out on several different occasions and with consumption of different levels of Alcohol. If you are someone who just has One or Two glasses of wine and it gives you a headache Use this product and you will be amazed how good you feel the next day. Also I have gone the other route and had quite a bit to drink where I know the next day I would be feeling the ill-effects of a hangover and every time I have used the product I did not have one!
I'm a true believer in this product, you will not be disappointed if you try it.
Simple, Easy, Effective February 24, 2008
I was in utter disbelief the first time I used this product. Generally after 15+ drinks in a night of heavy drinking I would expect to have an insane hangover and be half-dead for a good part of the next day. Well, after trying this product (just one tab by directions) I woke up on my own (because of bodily learned weekday schedule) at my standard weekday time in the morning, with NO hangover.
Reading up on the ingredients and science behind it reveals a compelling argument, but now that I have personally tested it as well, Drinkin' Mate will always be by my side.

This product is definatly 100% real!!! I've used it many times and it has always worked for me. I suggest everyone try this, I'm sure you will be back to purchase more!

I took this product 3 separate times in the past month. In each case, I drank an amount of alcohol that would typically (for me, anyway) bring on a nasty hangover. And in each case, I woke up the next morning with absolutely no ill-effects. I will be taking Drinkin Mate every time I know I'm going to "get after it", as it really does work.
