This product is great for about 3 months. Then one by one each lamp will stop working until none of them work. SAVE YOU MONEY! This is a ripoff.

I saw these lights at my brothers in California and thought what a neat idea for that quick trip outdoors after dark when the flashlight batteries are dead. After purchase power went out and they were wonderful. Bright enough to read the time on my watch in pitch darkness but not hard on the eyes. Everyone should have a set.

We use these candles as night lights. But they're better than night lights because they are battery operated, and don't have to be plugged in. With two small boys I have to get up a lot in the middle of the night, and it is really helpful to be able to grab one of these so I can see where I'm going. The charge will normally make it through a whole night. But they do have a shelf life, and eventually need to be replaced, which is worth it. I realize they are expensive, but it's a product that I use every night, and it was worth the investment.
They would make a great new baby present, an unusual one, but one that would be appreciated and used.
