Great service! January 6, 2009 This product arrived on time & in the condition advertised. It was a gift so I have not been able to try it out myself.
Nice Blower January 5, 2009 I purchased this from Lowes, haven't used it to much yet since it was a Christmas present from a gift card I got. After reading the other reviews I decided to give it a try. So far I am pleased, I like so many others am becoming an 18v junkie, I have the Black and Decker String Trimmer which I love and would highly recommend. I did notice that the new blowers are now coming with only 1 battery pack. I guess Black and Decker realized they were practically giving the blowers away since batteries cost 32 dollars + each. Last year 2008 I was looking at them in the spring and they came with two batteries. I got lucky at Lowes, after putting one in my basket and feeling iffy about buying it I saw one on the top shelf pushed to the back. I climbed up and found an older model with the two batteries. Another difference I noticed was the weight, the ones with 1 pack they said weighed only 4.4 lbs, but the older one with the two batteries they said the weight was 5.5 lbs. So somewhere they trimmed a pound off of the trimmer, I am not sure where since it seemed to be already made of cheap plastic. But I am pleased and know it will be a useful tool, this one gets to stay upstairs in the house and not the garage, perfect for blowing wind blown debris off the front porch and keeping the screened porch and outside deck cleaned off of bird food and spilled planter dirt. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a quick way of getting dirt out of the way. The 18v system by Black and Decker has always been a reliable product line
grasshog December 26, 2008 delivery and product seem to be satisfactory. Only used grasshog twice and is O.K.
Handy but weak December 25, 2008 I've owned this for 3-4 years. It is a good, strong, blower, but only if you have recharged the battery recently. Otherwise, it poops out quickly. I've also got the drill that uses the same battery pack, and it is the best drill I've ever owned. One of the chargers went TU recently.
