Exceptional adhesive and no residue or damage! November 17, 2008
We got our first VholdR camera earlier this year and used this adhesive with the VholdR flat surface mount. It is incredibly sticky (thanks to 3M) and didn't peel or lose it's stickiness even after using it for an extended period of time while on a camping trip. It wasn't too difficult to peel off my husband's helmet, nor did it take off any enamel! A buddy of mine also got a VholdR camera and used the flat surface mount & adhesive to capture footage with his motorized skateboard - except that he mounted it on the bottom lip of the board, not his helmet! He rode around town for miles and the camera stayed tightly fastened to his board until he decided to take off the mount. I highly recommend getting as many of these replacement adhesives as possible... Plus they're a great price for the use you get out of it.
