Not too shabby. September 7, 2008 These little buds actually pack quite a bit of bass in comparison to others this size. It is a good deal for the $, but, they don't hold a candle to the Philips SHE5910 Virtual Surround Sound In Ear Headphones.
If you want the best bang for your buck - buy the Philips. they're better than Bose as far as I'm concerned - and I've used both. I took my Bose buds back and kept my inexpensive Philips if that tells you anything.
just what i was looking for.. September 7, 2008 great product and exactly what i was looking for..very comfortable to use.and very much worth the price..thanks amazon for being there for me.. =)
Can't beat 'em for the money September 1, 2008 If you're an audiophile, you'll find these unacceptable, but if you have two kids with iPods, you'll find them ideal. My son goes through a pair of earbuds a month, and expensive ones are no more durable than cheap, so I buy these in bulk. Aside from the price, a nice feature is that they fit comfortably and securely in most ears. Quality would barely get four stars, but value gets about ten.
earbuds fall out, and it causes cancer August 31, 2008 1 out of 5 found this review helpful
First of all they do work, the rubber part of the earphone do block out some outside sound. However, the rubber part of the headphones are detachable and fall off very easily. Mine fell off in the first week and there are no replacement ear buds with it so I stopped using them.
Then I read other reviews on here and find out the wire used on this product contains lead and can cause cancer. Apparantly in very small type this was mentioned on the packaging. I did not even see this. I am mad that this product can even be sold. I hope Coby gets sued.
Good Value August 31, 2008 These are a great value for the price. They are not adjustable and do not offer superb sound, but they get the job done for a very competitive price.
