A Lawn careguys best friend! October 10, 2008 I love these. I have heard alot of folks knock them because they feel they don't have enough anti-fog. I rarely have had the fog, usually when I am do heavy work with alot of physical exertion. And then, it usually clears up quickly. TIP-When cleaing, never use papertowels, tissue or toilet paper to clean. Simply rinse with warm water and then using your fingers take a little dish soap and warm water and wash the lenses gently. RInse throughly and shake off excess water. Let dry...again...no papertowels, let them dry on their own. I use these when using a commercial mower, trimming, leaf blowing, and other landscape duties. If I were to have one comment against them, they need a little dust-foam-filter where the vents are. Needless to say, in new england when something like this occurs, we don't whine about it, but simply fix it. A thin narrow strip of foam hot glued into the inside of the goggles where the vents are will keep some of the finer dust out but understand, this will cut down on the anti-fog feature.
Not antifog September 24, 2008 Pluses: - nice looking - comfortable to wear
Minuses: - they fog from perspiration - seems like they scratch quite easily
dewalt anti-fog goggles August 18, 2008 These are a good set of goggles. Anti-fog seems to work in most conditions, I have had them haze over but never to the degree of my other glasses. Only complaint is the size and weight. They are a bit large, so using them with a respirator is a little clumsy. You just have to wiggle everything into alignment which is a little obnoxious. They are comfortable to wear.
Great goggles that will last August 10, 2008 No problems so far with fogging here in Hawaii, but I imagine that if it were a major issue I could just spray a little anti-fog used for snorkle equipment in there. I was actually pleasantly surprised that the "gasket" was a very comfortable rubber-like material. That's a great bonus for me, since foam deteriorates quickly here. I plan to buy more for my crew, since they like them also.
does not fog up June 12, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
It is worth its money. The cheap one's always fog up especially when you wear a dust mask. This one does not. I bought already two more.
