Works great but... October 10, 2008
Great paper shredder but I thought it was going to shred stuff into smaller pieces, shredder is great but it cuts paper into strips. shreds credit cards and paper 8 at a time no problem. good product i just want smaller clippings

Very good product for home use. so far, I am very happy with this machine. I think it is worth buying. The price is good and the delivery was very fast.
 TWO DUDS IN A ROW October 8, 2008
I had a miserable experience with these. The first one was a dud. I sent it back. The second one was a dud, too. Neither would even start. Amazon is giving me a refund.

So far the shredder has lived up to the Fellowes reputation. It is sturdy and quieter than the shredder it replaced. I has a large enough capacity to be used in a home office. I recommend this shredder!

Good:
Easy to set up.
Works fine.
Strong motor.
Bad:
Ribbon shredder is not as compact as diamond cut.
The basket size is somehow small for frequent user and fill up quickly.
