Do not order from brake planet!!!!!! July 14, 2008
Do not order from this company,I ordered rotors and pads for my tacoma and not only have I not received them I have not received any sort of confirmation email or other sort of information from brake planet. They took the money out of my account about two weeks ago, I have tried to contact them by email twice and have not received a response,I called the customer service number and was prompted to leave a message to which I have not receieved a response. Zero customer service and no product, I am not even sure these guys sell anything. I would forge my own brake rotors from metal that I had mined from the earth and carve pads from my own femur bone before doing buisness with brake planet again.
