Laurens Grape Poppy This is a newly available poppy that has been separated out by Lauren Springer author of The Undaunted Garden. Lauren's Grape was developed for its coloration. It is not from Turkey. It is not a poppy developed for high opium production in Turkey, as Hirts implies by calling this "Turkish." It is hard to believe the depths to which Hirts can dive.
