Very good for small jobs February 9, 2008 The product works as advertised. It is very light weight but can get small jobs done well.
Nice item but less than perfect ergonomics for switch location January 19, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Bought this to use primarily for the gutter clean-out kit made by the same company. It snaps on very nicely for that, they did that right, but if Wead Eater is going to make in convenient to use their blower with the gutter cleaner, they should also make it convenient to put the switch off and on without letting go of the attachment when you are trying to hold it up to the gutter.
The switch location could not be in a worse location for this. It is in the back next to the extension plug. You cannot even see it when working. I moved it myself to a location right under the forward-side of the handle, where your hand would grip it for nice balance, but it took a couple of hours of crafting and wire work to accomplish.
The plastic body is well-made, not stinky-smelling and construction looks good, and probably casted in this country. The motor looks like it has ball bearings, but the motor says "made in China."
It is extremely light, which is nice for gutter blowing, and packs a wallop of a wind. Quite a value for $30 I paid.
Good value, but would have gladly paid a dollar or two more for a convenient switch location.
I have not used this blower yet, but wonder if the reviewer, the one that said it overheated, used a heavy enough gauge extension cord for its cord length?

I am disabled & this is so very easy to use not only to do the leaves I use it to clean out my garage.
Threw away the broom November 15, 2007 Love it. Threw away the outdoor broom and use this for almost anything you can think of - even blowing a ball out of a tree. Wouldn't be without it- use it everyday to cleanup outside area patio

Weedeater is working good. This is for light work. Don't expect a whole lot of power. It does what my wife needs it for.
