My husband and I both use this Lomatium Root Extract when our Epstein Barr virus flares up. It quickly provides anti-viral activity and decreases the syptoms considerably within 3 days. I recently came down with a nasty case of viral bronchitis and this cleared up the major symptoms in a week, which is amazing for bronchitis.
My doc did warn me, don't use it for more than 2 weeks. Not because it's dangerous, but because it will not work as well in the long term as it will as a short term burst of healing help.
Tastes icky, but best in about 2 oz of cold juice. We use Grape and find it masks the taste the best.
