Amazon.com Review If you think electric mowers are designed for the meek, you've never tried the Black & Decker MM875 Lawn Hog. A high-efficiency 12 amp motor provides all the power you need to tackle even the toughest lawn. Best of all, you never have to hassle with oil, gas, or spark plugs again! The mower comes fully assembled in the box. No tools, no worries--you'll be up and mowing in no time. And best of all, no pull starts! Adjusting the wheel height is quick and easy thanks to a simple one-touch system that raises and lowers all four wheels to any of eight preset heights in one operation. Whether you love yard work or consider it a chore, Black & Decker's MM875 Lawn Hog will have you looking forward to your weekly appointment with the lawn. --Carl Thress

Lawn hog October 12, 2008 My family loves this lawn mower. It is so easy to use, And cuts the grass really close like I want it to be. The mulching bag makes clean up a breeze. No more raking. I LOVE IT.
Good Choice for Corded Electric Mower October 10, 2008 I am pleased with my new 19" Black & Decker Lawn Hog. It does a good job with none of the hassles of a gasoline engine mower. I prefer dealing with the cord to worrying about keeping the battery charged or it's life span (plus it's cheaper than a battery operated). Too bad the handle doesn't flip over, which helps keep the cord on the correct side, but it's light, so turning to go the other way is easy.
Lawn hog October 9, 2008 the mower works good , easy to push, does not make much noise and above all mulches very well
Excellent Mower October 9, 2008 I have owned a Black & Decker electric mower since 1980 and it was completely problem free for all these years. It was used every week during cutting season and was great! I hit a tree root and bent the blade shaft and if it was not for my carelessness I probably would have used it another 20 years. Black & Decker makes a darn good electric mower. I have cut my grass with this Lawn Hog mower several times and it lives up to my expectations. The only disappointment I have with the new mower is that there is not a side discharge. I am sure I'll get used to this though. I would definitely recommend this mower. It is very quite and easy to use.
Great, easy to push mower October 4, 2008 This mower is great! It is easy to push. The mower cuts through the grass, even when it is a little long and neglected, with no trouble. It is quieter than a gas mower, easier to maneuver and you don't have to put up with the hassle of the smell and filling of a gas mower. There are many lawn height adjustments with this mower and it has the benefit of being a mulching mower as well! Another positive thing about this mower is when you put the bag on to catch the clippings, when he grass is too long to want to use it as a mulching mower, the bag does not keep falling off, like on many other lawn mowers I have had!
