These boots are very comfortable right out of the box. Good fit. No stiffness or "breaking in" time. I did spray them with waterproofing.

I love these boots. I've had them now for over 6 months and have really put them through some pretty yucky conditions. They were completely waterproof as I sloshed my way through the mud and standing water in the pasture this past spring and stayed soft and comfortable all summer long. They clean up very nicely, too.
 Sole is disappointing February 6, 2007

Only wore these boots 4 or 5 times and when I returned home the other day it felt like something had stuck to the bottom; instead, there was a square inch rip in the rubber sole at the ball of the foot. I thought these boots would be a lot more durable.
