down comforter August 23, 2008 It is much better than I expected for the price! I love it! It has a nice weight and good quality fabric. It is like the ones you find at luxury hotels.
Great down comforter August 18, 2008 I bought this down comforter a few weeks ago and have been really satisfied. It was a great price for a great value. It even looks good without a duvet cover. The thing I like the most about it is that I haven't seen any feathers come out of it...much unlike my old comforter. I highly recommend this product.
Great bang for the buck. August 7, 2008 This is a great light-medium comforter. I've used it for about a month, scared by the prices of down blankets i never purchased one. For $50, i gave it a shot. I arrived and it was nice a cozy the first day, 2 days later is fluffed up really nice and not crumpled at all. I got 3 of my friends to by one too, they commented that it was comprable to their ralph lauren macy's comforted, though not as warm for the same fill power.
I use it for temperated between 60-80 degrees F, colder than 60 and layer a sheet above and below it. The only problem with the price is that i don't want to buy a duvet, as the comforter is cheaper :)
The size is a bit small, but not their fault. I have a queen size bed, but got the king size comforter and fits nicely. For some reason the down comforter dimensions (for all brands) seem smaller than regular comforters.
Better than down comforters that cost 4x as much from Dillard's! July 24, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is my 5th comforter, the first 4 I bought from Dillard's and NONE of those compare to the comfort and quality of this one. The first two Noble Excellence brand comforters I purchased from Dillard's were of the highest quality specs but when brought home, they shed feathers so much I thought that they had to be defective. After a few weeks, I returned them and the second set shed just as much. It was my first experience with down comforters and just thought that was the way it is. After almost a year of constant vaccuming and near suffocation from all the down flying everywhere, I decided to try something new. I'm glad I did! This is the best comforter I've own. I'll be buying a second one to layer for winter. It beats the Noble Excellence brand from Dillards that cost 4x as much!
Pleasantly Surprised July 12, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is just what I hoped for. I bought two for each of my children and wanted one that would not be too hot in the winter. The one I have gets a bit warm so I looked for one with less fill. The quality is much higher then what I had expected, especially for the price. It is very soft and should be just the right amount of warmth when used this winter. I highly recommend it.
