This is a nice soft little pillow, but not quite capable of staying cool under my menopause head. It is better that the down alternative pillows we own.

Would of given this pillow zero stars if I could. I've had this pillow for 3 months now and it's now a lumpy pillow. Never cooled me in the heat, acted just like any other pillow except that it only lasted for 3 months. Don't waste your money, I could of gotten a pillow like this for 5.00 at target and it would of preformed better!

Have used a down pillow for years which was always uncomfortable on hot summer nights. This pillow is a dream as it's cool to the touch throughout the night and provides just the right amount of neck support. The Cool Sensations pillow case works beautifully with it, resulting in an excellent night's sleep.

The pillow feels cool when you touch it but sleeping on it is like any other pillow. It does not stay cool!
