Turn the Internet Into Your Money Machine

“Well-written, practical, useful, money-earning advice for anyone interested in using the internet to create an extra $500 to $5,000 a month. Yanik Silver, one of the internet's truly remarkable success stories, holds nothing back. Instead of lots of meaningless claptrap contained in most books about the internet, the author shares the inside secrets of what really works. And what doesn't.” -Ted Nicholas, author of Billion Dollar Marketing Secrets

“Moonlighting Online is a breath of fresh air. Yanik Silver doesn't claim you'll become a millionaire online, but he can show you 5 effective and simple ways to pull in a lot more money than you're earning now-and do it month after month. This is brilliant advice from a true professional. I strongly recommend this book.” -Joseph Sugarman, chairman, BluBlocker Corporation

“Forget all the hype and B.S. you see about making money on the internet-Yanik Silver has truly provided the easiest and most down-to-earth ways of legitimately socking away a little (or a lot of) extra 'life-changing' money each month online.” -Robert Scheinfeld, New York Times bestselling author of Busting Loose From The Money Game

“Imagine waking up every morning and finding orders waiting for you in your email box. While you were sleeping, customers from around the world were sending you money. I've been doing just that for over 12 years and Yanik Silver shows you how you can do it, too. It's a thrill every day.” -Melvin Powers, author of How to Get Rich in Mail Order

“If you want to get rich overnight, this isn't the book for you. If you want simple-to-use strategies for making an extra $500+ per month online with minimal effort, listen to Yanik. He is one of the few who truly knows how this works.” -Timothy Ferriss, New York Times bestselling author of The 4-Hour Workweek

5 out of 5 stars Extremely practical and actionable stuff   August 13, 2008
I ordered three books on building an internet business and this is the first one I read. I devoured it, marking it all up and now I'm going back through it, transfering key ideas and notes into a notebook that belongs to my NEW BUSINESS. Yanik's book gave me what I needed to conceive of three separate businesses. I intend to start with the affiliate model and work my way up, conserving cash. I recommend this book to my friends and anyone who wants a valuable leg up on getting their own internet business launched.

4 out of 5 stars Great ideas, especially in the first section   August 8, 2008
The book is full of great ideas on how to market and make money online. It gives some good examples of people who have been doing it for some time with success.
I think the ebay section wasn't that informative. It's almost the same info you can find online or on any message board about ebay.

I have a feeling there's a lot of "insider" marketing information the author didn't share. He might be keeping it for his higher priced information products, which is understood.

The people stories he brought were not technically detailed, not much "how to" of info, again, everybody wants to keep his "trade secrets" for himself. But they all give you good inspiration and belief that moonlighting could be your way out of your "9 to 5 till 65" job. Thanks Yanik for all the info, and I hope we can see a "deeper" version of the book in the future.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent overview   July 27, 2008

This book tells you virtually everything you need to know about the various ways that money can be made on the internet with all the sections written by experts who are already making money in the ways described.

Note that there is nothing in the book specifically related to making money from adult content on the net, for which I recommend you look elsewhere.

4 out of 5 stars Practical Advice   July 17, 2008

I have read many books on Internet Marketing and online business. This is one of the few that gives solid examples and helps lay the ground work to get you going.

I believe the bad reviews come from those who expected the book to come to life and do the work for them. If Yanik told you step by step exactly what to do then everyone who read this book would be doing the same thing and no one would make money.

I started using some of the techniques in this book even before I finished it and I am well on my way to making some extra income online.
