Lose reliability after 4 months November 8, 2006

I've had these for 4 months, and rarely use them, have maybe drained and charged them 3 times in that span. Now, if I don't put them in the camera right out of the charger, they're only good for about 5 pictures before they die. They are so unreliable that they're basically useless now.
