Not all the same quality October 19, 2008 Watch out for counterfeit or older, lesser quality models being sold at other-than Amazon sites. I have purchased 2 of the Dolce & Gabbana H700 and they are SO VERY different in how well they work; sound quality, connectivity and battery/talk life. The original came from Amazon in fancy sliding sectioned box and the second was ordered from discount place in plastic 'retail' packaging. Although they look exactly the same and are the same model number, there is a 100% difference! The lesser quality unit says 05269N H700 SYH1311A and the good one says 06336N H700 SYH1768B. In this case, extra $$ is well worth getting the newest edition of the same model. The GOOD Dolce & Gabbana H700 works better than any of the bluetooth units out of about 6 different brands and models I have personally used.
Dolce Blue Tooth February 23, 2008 I have been using my new headset for a couple of weeks now. I am thrilled with the sound quality. I can hear my incoming calls more clearly. The people who I speak with have told me I sound much more clear and less "muffled" than my old headset. I also like the ease of turning it on and off. A big plus for me was the look of the Dolce headset! It is fun and functional!!
Dolce & Gabbana H700 Bluetooth Headset by Motorola January 28, 2008 I bought this for my wife for a birthday present. She loves it! It was very easy to sync with D&G Razr phone.
Good sound... better appearance! January 23, 2008 I got this as a gift for my wife who is very conservative and doesn't like a lot of attention.
Baaaad gift.... 'cause that's ALL she gets! (and, she LOVES it!)
The gold close up looks VERY fake and cheap (hey, you get what you pay for sometimes)... but from any reasonable distance, it stands out in a crowd. Even when people are looking at it on her ear, it's hard to tell it's not real gold. She's had several people ask just to make sure, because if it was, she'd have to be RICH!
It comes in a VERY nice package which makes it the PERFECT gift... and the sound quality is a significant improvement over her previous headset... and believe me... I know... because I was the one getting tired of all that crackling everytime she called me.
All in all... great gift! But, if you get it for yourself, don't tell anybody... 'cause THAT'S just big-headed!
pretty package but somewhat difficult to operate January 10, 2008 This headset comes in a very fancy box and is a pretty little item. The sound quality is good and it fits fairly well. What I don't like is the position of the volume button. I find it a little difficult to adjust the volume because the button is on the side of the unit making it hard for me to adjust. I use a Cingular 8125 smart phone and setup was simple. Performance is less than desire. It doesn't always seem to connect properly. I don't know if it is my phone or the headset.
