Thank you for the beautiful dress. It was really easy to purchase this dress for my bridesmaids and my up coming wedding. I couldn't find what I was looking for in the stores so I went online and found this dress. It is very pretty. I had to send one back to get a smaller size and that was easy and quick also. Thank you.
Nice dress, lousy customer service July 8, 2008
This dress was a replacement for an earlier purchase which was too large. That purchase, by the way, was very smooth, and we received the dress quickly. We had thought another bridesmaid could use the larger dress, but at the last minute she changed her mind. We had a short turnaround time, and were told on 6/26/08 that it had to be ordered before noon on the 27th to be received in time. I ordered the dress at around 8:30 a.m., but when my daughter called to check on the order at 11:30, it had not been processed. My daughter was understandably upset when she was told that it would not be received in time, and in addition that it had never been the case that ordering before noon would insure this. This further upset her, and as a result of this conversation the order was cancelled BY PACIFIC PLEX, not ME (who placed the order) and the BRIDE had to drive to Riverside to purchase a dress. I knew none of this, as I was at a work related event and away from any phone. The dress itself is very nice, and as advertised, reasonably priced, etc but anyone in retail should understand the urgency that customers sometimes have and the accompanying emotions, especially when weddings are involved. I then got several confusing emails from Pacific Plex confirming then cancelling, then confirming again. The impression is of a probably young and not very professional company.
Wedding Dress June 21, 2008
I bought this dress in Ivory to wear to my wedding. Its a bit longer than I thought so I will have some minor alterations. Sizing was very acurate to the measurments on the website. It is as beautiful in person as it is online and what a great deal!! I cant wait for my big day.

I chose this dress to be my wedding dress, in ice blue, and boy, I truely have not been making a bad decision! I ordered size 3x, and although it is a little big on the bust (that's really just my weird body shape!), it fits perfectly around the waist. The length is great, I am 5'5 and it goes right down to the middle of my lower leg. The material is flawless, and I could honestly not been happier about it!
Shipping to Germany took no longer than a week, and it was in perfect condition when it got here. The shipping rate was very reasonable.
If you are looking for a non-traditional, inexpensive yet beautiful wedding or bridesmaids dress, this is the one for you!!!

Beautiful dress! I ordered it in burgandy. I was very worried it wouldnt fit (im over 6 ft tall and finding dresses to fit is very hard). I was so surprised when I got the dress in, and it zipped right up, no problems. I wear a size 16/18 and ordered the XXL. It fits perfectly!
