A true geek can never have too many (high speed) USB memory sticks. Buy a few of these, they are hand to have around.
Solid Jump Drive October 18, 2008
Bought this one since I didn't want to be bothered removing the useless built in software on more expensive brands. The case on this one is a little less sturdy feeling than my Lexar drives but it works and does its job and was a real bargain for a 4GB drive. When I travel with it, I pop it into a Case Logic carrying case to protect it, so I'm not all that concerned about its "toughness." Transfer speed seems as fast as my other jump drives from Lexar.

Kingston has one of the best flashdrives. It does not come preloaded with software for transferring data which is an unnecessary hassle. The flashdrives with this software are a constant cause of frustration for students and confusing for everyday users. The Kingston flashdrives are recognized easily by all computers. This is the way to make your life easier.

We purchased these for our office and they dependably work for all of our staff members and all of the computers. It's nice to know that I can hand them out to staff and know that there aren't going to be any problems.
