Love it November 11, 2008 Contrary to the negative reviews I read, I haven't experience any sort of delay or jump from plugging the usb wireless receiver to the back of my desktop next to my wooden desk on my left side (im right handed). This mouse works great, and it feels great.
Beautiful, but not functional November 9, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
It's well designed, it looks good, it feels good in your hand, the scroll wheel is pure genius, but it just doesn't work consistently. Most cordless mice have a signal receiver that sits on your desk, relatively close to the mouse, but the MX instead has a small USB stick receiver, like a thumb drive. That's probably good if you take this mouse around with your laptop, but it's bad for a desktop PC. This small stick receiver is in your PC, probably significantly further away than a desktop receiver would be, and it's just not ideal for receiveing the mouse's signal. I am continually frustrated by the mouse's frequent periods of unresonsiveness. It's maddening, really and truly. I'll probably have to settle for a mouse I like less that actaully works all the time to save my sanity. But don't take my word for it--Google this product, and you'll see lots of folks complaining of the same thing.
the laser is dead November 8, 2008 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I got this mouse one month ago, was working great. However, just about a month later, the laser stops working. I was so disappointed. I sent it back to repair. hopefully this time will give me a "working" one.
this is a very bad experience with Logitech.
Dandy October 31, 2008 The Logitech mouse is just Dandy! I lovvvvve it. Works great. And i love the way it fits in my hand.
Good Mouse, but won't work with Windows SP3 October 31, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I didn't get a chance to really use this mouse, because the software will not install with Windows Service Pack 3. I worked with the Logitech service people and they told me they are starting to see installation problems with computers that have installed SP3. They are talking to Microsoft to try and resolve the issue. Check your system before you purchase this mouse.
