I have three of the four models that Toshiba offers in this form factor. There newest release is a 390BGB model. These units have performed flawlessly across the past two years.

Bought this on sale for a very good price. There was no problem plugging in the USB and setting up; took about 5 minutes. Backing up my entire laptop took about 30 minutes. Easy.

I would recommend this product to anyone needing a portable hard drive. The design is clever, but most importantly it registers quickly to all of my pcs and begins working immediately. One thing is if you plan to get one think about getting the largest size. Its amazing how quickly you can begin filling this thing up. Hope this helps.

What is really cool about this external hard drive is that is is powered and operated by one usb cable, so there is no power cable.
It is quite small and light but very effective
good price as well
