I bought these for the BF after he had seen them advertised on television. He really likes them, and they are worth the money. Pushups are much harder using these because they force you to be controlled and disciplined. You have to maintain good form in order to go through the natural rotating motion. I have bad wrists- even yoga makes me wince if I stay in a position too long. These take all the pressure off of the heels of my palms. We are thinking of getting his mother one of these since she has bad joints but does pushups every night to maintain muscle mass. I chose these over the cheaper version by that other guy because I had heard these rotate fluidly. I think jerking around while trying to do your pushups would be horrible for you.

Really an amazing product that delivers a terrific workout. I find the greater range of motion and non-existant wrist stress allows you to really bomb the pecs, shoulders and tri's. Put the handles between a pair of chairs and you can dip to your heart's content. Hindu's, dive-bombers, wide, narrow, reverse grip, feet elevated, anything is fair game and you can change it up so frequently that you'll never have a stale workout. Like any other routine or piece of equipment you will get out of it what you put into it. I would recommend these to anyone serious about their conditioning program.

I bought this after trying it at a friends house. I work out 5x's a week and found this VERY challenging. It will be a great supplement to my gym workout.
You can immediately feel the muscles being worked and it's great. I love having it around and being able to do a few pushups while watching TV or in the morning as a start up.
I have two bulging/herniated discs in my neck and this put NO strain on my joints or neck, but did work all the proper muscles that I need to work as part of working out and physical therapy.
I only wish I had bought this earlier!

I bought this product hoping it would help me rehab my shoulder after I had surgery in January. I bought these in early May. My first max rep was 19. After the 21 day program, I re-maxed, and my max was 35! I think it works great, and can feel the workout in my back and shoulders as well.
