This dvd did give a few good exercises but it was not worth the money. It should be included free with the perfect pushup.

not worth 20$!!!(20 with shipping) without it you only work your chest and triceps, they are the only sore muscles ive got right now ive been using pp for 3 days now. this dvd would work but it is NOT worth your 20$.the price is high cause they know its a must when u buy the pp.

The workouts were good, but for the price should have included a poster or cards that also demonstrated excercises and routines.

I put 3 stars because I didnt try this item yet Im sure this item helps people out but Im just wondering Why doesnt this come with the perfect pushup set ? as a free dvd like any (as seen on tv item ?) I havent seen this on tv but the dvd should come with the push up set no one should have to pay extra for a dvd that should go to somthing-else
Its like buying a flash light with out the light
or buying a car without the keys
if amazon does not add this with the perfect push up set they should at least lower the price by half to the dvd c'mon its crazy
I wont try this item out because 1 the price is high for a "work out" dvd
and 2 shipping would probly add to it making it more money and 3 your just fine doing normal push ups at home you dont need a dvd anyway
so theres no real reason to buy this ....but I might buy the perfect push up set and even those are to high in price
k this is just what I think my "comment" hope it helps someone
Dont just buy anything read the item over ask yourself if its really worth buying find the cheapest way to get the same thing you want in your work out without blowing a hole in your pocket

Still, there are some great creative exercises included on this dvd, ones that I had never seen before in my limited experience, and I will ease those into my regular routine slowly as I go along. I agree with the poster who says this dvd shouldve been included with the Perfect Pushups rather than seperate. Its a nice dvd but I would not say worth 14.95. So it wasnt what I had hoped in terms of a complete workout but there are enough creative exercises for me to recommend it.
As a great fan of Perfect Pushup, I can only hope they do make a full workout dvd for us to follow along to.
