Hard to beat for the price! March 3, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Easy to install, don't load up with canned goods b/c it'll be too much weight but it can handle a few. Perfect though for boxed foods, packets, spices, bottles, etc. Overall, I don't see how you could beat it for the price!
functional but not very sturdy January 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this for extra storage space in my under the stairs pantry. It comes in several pieces, all plastic, to mount to the door. Installation is easy enough, but you need a level, a measuring tape and electric screw driver. You can stager the heights of the shelves for large cereal boxes, etc., but the shelves are not too deep. You cannot store any large cans, too heavy and too wide and the ends are open so stuff falls right through. If they made the end on the shelves closed, it would be more functional. Also, the bottom of the shelves allow smaller items to fall through. Not a bad by for the $$ but they need to correct these mistakes with the shelves for a truly great item. I like it well enough as it at least gives me extra storage space for boxes, so I will give it 2 stars

I like it, but I wish it was stronger. The supports are plastic and seem cheap.
Beware of 24" system! August 14, 2007 16 out of 16 found this review helpful
I was so excited to find this item as I was convinced it would add a lot to my limited pantry space. Well, I can't say how the 18" system holds up, but the 24" setup is way too flimsy. The back braces are PLASTIC (actually 4 separate units for each side that you slip together creating weak joints that pop apart) and unable to hold much weight at all without buckling (ditto for the baskets which change shape too when even a small amount of weight added). Definitely you could not put cans on these as the pictures suggest. Also, wire baskets have wide spaces that will allow smaller items, like spice bottles, to tip over so doesn't work for those as I had hoped. Anyway, if we hadn't drilled the necessary holes in the door to mount this, it would go right back to the vendor. Instead, I will be storing lightweight items like paper towels, crackers, tea boxes, etc. in hopes of getting some use out of it and try to keep that door closed so I don't have to look at the obvious sagging in some places. Hope I have saved someone else this same experience.
Worth the money June 9, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This is certainly not designed for heavy items but it did add much needed storage space to my closet. It is perfect for light items such as ziplock bags, instant oatmeal, and granola bars. The racks are relatively open so small boxes such as jello will fall through if you try to stack them vertically. We had extra pieces left over because of the length of our door so we were able to add them to the back of the closet wall instead.
