| Customer Reviews:
Good multi storage card solution but a bit bulky July 3, 2007 I bought this because I have the standard somewhat problematic mixture of SD and Micro SD cards. My cell phone uses the micro, my camera uses the SD, and I travel a lot. Unfortunately microSD cards are a bit expensive per bit compared to SD cards and, for a camera, you want the speed of the SD card. Plus I'm basically cheap so I want the most memory for the buck for my camera and the SD card provides that. So, given the array of memory solutions, this was a good accessory to have. However it is a bit large (maybe can't be helped for the flexibility) and makes it difficult to use the other laptop USB port when this is plugged in. Never the less, good overall flexible solution that seems to run at USB2 speeds(though I haven't measured it of course but seems equivalent to any other USB2 memory card/thumd drive I have).
Incorrect product description July 2, 2007 This reader does not support Memory Stick/Memory Stick Duo/Memory Stick PRO/ Memory Stick PRO Duo. Product description is wrong.
As advertised June 27, 2007 I used this to hold a micro sd card in order to download some mapping data from a dvd-rom. It worked exactly as expected, & I was successful in getting the maps I wanted into my Garmin I3.
Works like a charm June 26, 2007 It does exactly what it's advertised to do. At least with SD cards, anyway, which is all I use with it.
Good product June 20, 2007 I haven't had even the hint of a problem with this product. Insert your SD card, plug it into your computer, and instant access to your picture.
Only problem I had was that it is a little larger than I had hoped.
