Modem was easy to install.One 5 minute call to Charter Cable to give them the MAC address printed on the sticker on the modem and I was up and running. Doubled my average download speed over my old Linksys cable modem.

ALL IN ALL GREAT PRODUCT NOT ONE PROBLEM WITH IT. I WISH I COULD SAY THE SAME ABOUT MY ISP. SURFING & DOWNLOAD SPEEDS ARE FASTER THAN MY OLD MODEM I WOULD RECOMEND THE MOTOROLA SB5120.

This modem is very easy and fast to set-up. Highly recommend, it took Comcast only 5 minutes to convert to this new modem. The speed is a lot faster, noticable difference.

I have 6 computers connected through a router to this cable modem using a cross-over cable, and it handles it very well. Fast access for all machines, and very easy setup.
Much cheaper setup than paying $10 / month rental forever from comcast.

Replaced our old modem with this one and our speed increased about 10 fold. Easy to set up and so far very reliable. Works well with our new Linksys 150T wireless router and Charter internet service.
