Garmin portable dash mount August 29, 2008 Excellent product. Works great and hasn't slipped off of my dashboard yet. It has a large footprint but still much nicer then the suction cup mount that came with my nuvi and broke after two months.
Works just like you think August 29, 2008 Great product- doesn't move at all while driving. I use it with my Garmin 760 & it works awesome.
Works as advertised August 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I would certainly recommend this GPS mount for Garmin. I've been using it for over a month now and it's never moved, shifted, etc. during hard breaking or turning. It looks and sounds deceiving in concept but does the job quite well. I couldn't give it a full 5 stars as the circumference of the pad is a bit large. It does fine in my car but I'd caution anybody that has a narrow or strangley shaped dash.
Makes driving with Nuvi so much better August 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Garmin Portable Friction Dashboard Mount for Nüvi Series enables you to place your GPS wherever you want It and makes its use so much more convenient. Your Nuvi will click right into this mount and allow you to easily insert your DC plug-in. It is well made and well worth the price. A great value.
Much better than sticking the GPS to the windshield August 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This product was a great idea. Its heavy enough to sit on the dash without sliding around. Plus you can pick up the whole thing & put it in the console so it is out of sight when parked.
