| Customer Reviews:
great for the price September 25, 2008 works well, as advertised. Very easy to use. My gripe is that it cannot handle larger loads >15 amps or 220 volts. Would be nice if it was 110/220 compatible.
Quite Useful September 25, 2008 Works marvelously. It's reassuring to know that my iMac with an extra display and various gadgets only draw 125 watts. The digital display reads power with enough sensitivity even a small accessory's power draw shows up. And if you want to know how much your cell phone charger draws, it reads even very low power draws.

Piling on with the 5 stars. September 23, 2008 I have nothing to add to the reviews that are already here but I do wish to pile on with a 5-star rating of my own. This is hands down the most-borrowed thing that I own. When I tell people how it more than paid for itself the very first time I used it (found a unused device in my house drawing a constant 40 watts- unplugged it and saved at least $25/year), they are intrigued. When I tell people how I used it to size things to plug into my generator during the massive power outage of hurricane Ike, they nod their heads in understanding.
A great product: if I were president one of these would be mandatory with every electrical hookup in America :)
Very Helpful September 22, 2008 This product is very helpful. I used it the minute I got it. I now have 5 co workers also using one of these as well
spend < $25.00 save $12098.53 September 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
By monitoring 53 desktop computers , 21 laptop computer and 53 desk lamps over a period of time it was shown that in one year at the July 2008 electricity rate with the units being turned on 24/7 would consume $16604.37of electricity. By running the units 9 hours a day 5 days a week the cost of electricity was only $4005.84 for a yearly savings $12098.53. I added an 18" electrical pigtail so I could read the meter a little better. This calculation is the galvanizing element that has brought to the front a GREEN movement in our company and to our division. We will save 64 tons of CO2 per year by not using over 82000KW of power for < a$25.00 investment. The unit was sent in record time and worked 100%.
